"we do not follow NC laws"...
why do these PDL companies and the so-called companies that represent these PDL companies, they continue to tell me that they do not have to abide by my North Carolina state laws? is there some kind of loophole that they have found to get around the state's laws?
also, has anyone had to deal with Lamarr@nationwidecash.com? he continues to send me email and call me at work, he refused to give me a mailing address. I am wanting to send him certified mail asking for validation of the loan and a cease and desist letter. Will it be as effective if I email him these letters? but then he probably wont even care and continue sending me messages and emails....so very tired of all of these people.......
