help with loans

i have 2 loans one for 390 wich i payed 180 the other 390 i didnt get to start paying them i called told them i didnt have funds in back they said i didnt call in time after that you gotta contact there collection depo need to say im worried im in trouble my bank account has overdrafted 360$ and it says there returned check im in trouble right help im new to this i do intend to pay the loans back i just need time the loans are from
