CA Didn't Respond to VOD
I sent a VOD as per the sample listed here to the law firm handling
my Citi card. It was sent certified mail over 30 days ago. No response.
What is the next step? Thanks!

There is no next step for you. They just cannot contact you unt
There is no next step for you. They just cannot contact you until they validate the debt.
However they could end up filing for suit.
