Asset Acceptance LLC... HELP

Today I received what looks like a subpoena "Notice Of Production From Non-Party" wherein Asset Acceptance LLC is demanding that my mortgage company turn over my bank account number and routing number to them. In going through this forum I see that Asset Acceptance LCC illegally dips into peoples bank accounts. Should I contact my bank ? Another odd thing about this subpoena is the Case No. which is supposed to be filed in my County Court turned up nil when I did a search at the on-line County Court House. Is this subpoena to my mortgage company a ruse to get information illegally also ? HELP !

It can be. Please check with the court clerk for information on the case.
