Westernsky and Dilbert services

Ok I sent the certified letter to Delbert Services and they sent me back a letter for a settlement which I have nothing to settle Ive already overpaid. I would like a refund but Ive let that go just really want to be done with this whole thing.

Any sugguestion would be appreciated.

I havent sent a CD yet but will, I did recieve a week after a letter from cashcall going over the contract and stating that
the loan is valid. what I dont understand is if they turned it over to collection why when I send a letter to the collection company stating that Im not paying any thing more and Ive paid the principal and above back I get a letter from WS about contracts whats going on?
