please help-payday loans

I currently have a 500fast cash loan which I barrowed 550.00. I have pd. 555.00 to date and noticed it showed i still owe 650.00. Is this company a legal company in Michigan? From what I am reading and researching it doesnt look like it is. So the acct. should show pd. and closed correct? I contacted them by chat session and was told i still owe the 650.00. once I started talking abt. them being an illegal company I was told to call and speak with management. I am going to close my bank accts. so they will not have access to them anymore. I also have a great plains lending loan which i barrowed 800 and have pd. 700 so i get it if i owe the diff. of 100 but it shows i still owe 800.00. Is great plains lending a legal company in michigan? also a united cash loan which was for 500.00 and i have pd. 500 and still shows i owe more then that. Is united cash loans a legal company in michigan? What options do I have and what steps do I need to take to get this resolved. Any info. would be great. Thank you.
