Its been a while since Ive been on here, I assumed that I was finished with these PPL but I recieved a letter today from a collection agency (Delbert Services Corp) stating that WS Funding LLC refered my account to them for collection for $4124.76, I borrowed $2500, paied back $5600, I recieved letter from the AG saying that the matter was resolved now Im confused.

What should I be doing any and all help is welcome

Send a C&D letter to Delbert Services CMRRR. I would send them a copy of what you received back from the AG showing that this is an illegal loan that they are trying to collect on and that your account is paid in full. How long has it been since you stopped paying Western Sky/Cash Call?

I got the same letter yesterday from Delbert Services trying to collect on this illegal WS tribal loan that has been more than paid back. Delbert's letter specifically states WS Funding, LLC is the lender (not Western Sky Financial, LLC) and that the loan is being serviced by Cash Call. Did your letter state the same thing? I got the same response from Western Sky Financial's attorneys when I filed a complaint with the South Dakota AG's office. I cannot find any registration or documentation on WS Funding, LLC and have repeatedly asked both Western Sky and Cash Call to provide contact information for this so-called entity WS Funding, LLC who I do not have any contract with as it was Western Sky Financial LLC who issued the loan, not WS Funding, LLC. They have ignored my requests.

Delbert is demanding $4,100 on this illegal loan that has been paid back by over $1,100. They know I dispute this loan, so does WS and CC. I am trying to figure out how to respond to this letter as well. They knew I disputed the account before they ever sent me the letter - I have filed every complaint I can against WS and CC so now I guess I will be filing against Delbert for attempting to collect an illegal debt. If you have any thoughts on how to respond, please share and I'll do the same. Thanks!

I got same and the amount for collection is the same @ 4100 which is crazy to say the least how do we owe the same amount? at this point im just sending the copy of the letter i recieved from AG and go on from there.
