New and need help

I have several outstanding debts. Credit cards, payday loans, and medical bills. I want to pay all of them back. I'm trying to, but I can't make all payments every month. So one or two are usually a little behind. I want to get a unsecured loan to get all these into one lower payment. I'm not sure if I can even ask this here, but does anyone have experience with any good companies that can help with this? I need recomendations. I search the internet and get so many places that come up - I don't know whats legit and whats not. Total I am needing about $5000 to get everything caught up and back on my feet.
