So now Im doing the waiting game has anyone gotten a response after the AG step in when dealing with these ppl or should I continue to send emails to them during the waiting period.
At this point I would just like to have a paid in full and them off my credit report.

If CC reported on your credit report, dispute the tradeline in writing with the CRAs, clearly stating that its an illegal loan. Wait for the 20 days and in the meantime start with the CRA disputes.

Ok I will do that ,but do you have an address to send the letter to because Ive been doing this for about six months now and this was the first time its seems to move I did dispute on line but i need the address to mail.
