i was in a car accident in montgomery alabama; i have been trying to contact usa/keesler insurance since friday sept 2. i do not have an 800 to contact all i have is a local number which has been giving busy signals since then. i believe this is do to the hurricane. i am not in biloxi ms where i started the account so i am unable to get into contact with anyone. if you could please assist me it would be much appreciated.
