Is it necessary to plan a budget? I mean, is it really necessary? Will I still have to plan a budget if I'm able to save 10% of monthly paycheck?

It is necessary since a budget helps you track your expenses. It helps you to adjust with different financial stages of your life.

Through budgeting, you may contribute a portion of your earnings each month for investing in your IRA, 401(k) or other retirement funds, you'll eventually build up a nice, fat nest egg. Also, without budgeting, you might not know whether you can afford a new flat-screen TV, a new car, or any other big purchases.
