Hello my name is Brandon McMurry and I recived a letter from your office, about my Gateway Account. I have been trying to reach your office to arrange some type of payment plan to finish paying off my account.
I thought I was through paying my account since I never recived another bill from Gateway. I would also like to know if Icould return the computer since I have had trouble with it since I bought it.

I was told by my bank that you all withdrew money out of my account. You had not contacted me on this matter. In October I made 1000 dollar payement to you all. Do you seem to think that I am not interested in taking care of my debt with you if I have sacrificed in paying that amount. Yet, you all took money out of my account. However, my cell number should be on your files. I would like an explanation and my money back in my account I have other obligations as well. If we can not agree, I will consult. My aunt at John W. Walker's law firm here in Little Rock.
