Do not do business with Stuart Vener or his companies. We paid him and his company Timeshare Assistance INC, 2 years ago to do a timeshare transfer and nothing has been done. We are suing the company and if anyone has similar story, perhaps we can join forces to bring this company down. They need to stop swindling senior citizens with limited income. You could have used a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the timeshare. A real estate attorney would have helped you in drafting the deed and transferring the property to the concerned person.
