Are you asking where you
Are you asking where you would get best rate? Depends on your credit history and if the dealership has any financing specials. If you have decent/good credit you should be able to get somewhere around 2.5%. If I were you go to your bank and see what rate they would pre-approve for me. Then go to the dealership, check out the car you want and talk about financing through them. Keep the bank amount close to the vest. If the care dealership comes in higher you could either negotiate or just say no and take the loan from the bank.
Another tip...car dealerships work on a monthly quota. If you want to get the best deal possible purchase your car on the last day of the month in the final hours of the dealership being open. Let me be clear, don't go there that day to test drive, look at cars and talk about pricing. Do that before hand and when you find something you want then go back at the end of the month to negotiate.

I believe the poster is here asking a general question as a survey...based on his screen name, he might be here to sell something....he needs to be watched.
Financial Service - A good Idea
A Bank is better idea No doubt, but there are many finance service providers like ADVERTISING URL IN AUSTRALIA REMOVED which are legally bounded to provide financial services at cheaper rate as compared to banks with initial day approve.
I was turned down by every
I was turned down by every bank and financing company when I was car shopping... but the dealership was able to get me a decent loan rate within the hour. And my credit was pretty bad.
