What to do
I receivied a Home Saver from Dyck Oneil and then my Mortgage Company did a Loan Modification, I assumed the home saver would be included, but it wasnt. I live in Georgia and I know there is a cease and desisit order against them, am I still liable for this debt ???

Googling Dyck Oneil brings up a lot of info....but they were a loan servicer for Fannie Mae. Mortgages are complicated...but more than likely there is a prom note and lein you are liable for.
