How can I obtain a HELOC in Norco?
I have applied for HELOC in the last month. My mortgage lender has not approved the loan yet. I have not been able to make payments on the loan for a few months. Perhaps this is the reason for not approving my loan application. My current credit score is 600. I need to repay an auto loan also. Is there any way through which I can obtain a loan in Norco city of California? Should I bring a co-signer on board?

Let me understand this...you have applied for a HELOC and yet you have not made your mortgage payment??? No lender is going to lend to you...you are a bad credit risk. And any cosignor would be crazy to sign....sorry.
