Does anyone know how to contact E-PAYDAY?

I need help contacting E-PAYDAY. My account has been debited several times and I have no idea how to contact them.

Did you talk to your bank about this debit? They have the information on the companies that do the debits. Show your bank statement to the manager and explain that you do not agree to the debit done by Epayday. So, you need more information. They may dispute the item with the company and get the verification done.

I'm in the same boat as you are and I can't contact them. They've been withdrawing money since May!!! I tried to log into their site and it tells me that the SS# is incorrect. Let me know if any of you have any luck. I haven't so far.

I contacted e-payday-loan.com/ and got another source to try from them and it was a dead end as well. I called the phone number 866-364-9684. They gave me another number to try and that was for paydayloanyes and that number was 1-800-654-7444. I emailed both places and got the email returned saying no such address. This address was taken directly from their web address. I am going to do a stop payment! Not other way to get this taken care of.

Who is taking our money out of my account under e-payday??????? I'm at a loss and at a bigger loss in money!

What they do is take out finance charges. You must call if you want to pay off the loan. . . I called their 1800 number, pressed any key and I am able to speak to their customer service dept. each time. Every pay day, they will take out the finance charges. NONE of that money goes towards the balance of your loan. So if they give you 250.00, you must pay a fee of $75.00 and then $60.00 dollars each payday. When you are able to pay off your loan you call, they give you the payoff amount and then they stop debiting your accout. Imagine how money they are making. . .

I have just tried to call them and I am getting the run around. They said my account has been turned over to "icollect". I asked for EPayday's address and they hung up on me. I have people from EME Marketing calling me threatening to contact my employer and possible garnishment. I filed for bankruptcy and told them that and gave them the case number, but they insist that I cannot file against them because the loan was taken out on Jan. 3 and I filed on Jan. 31. My filing was a last minute decision, it was not intended to defraud anyone, I was just trying to stay above water and pay my bills. Any advice?

:mad:I can't believe what a rippoff these payday loans are! I got 3 of them in one month and all they do is take moeny out of my account the second I gtet my pay check. Then I come to find out the money is not even going torwards the prinicaple balance. This must be illegal. I changed my direct deposit so these bastards can't get any more moeny from the account they have on file. Does anyone know if you can defer payments for these loans for a few months before you start paying them back? Since they continually take money out of my account and have bounced several times my bank account is negative over $500! Theres no way I can even pay them back now.

FYI - BEWARE...my account was plundered after I did business with them. After the initial borrow was paid back, I ended up closing my account to prevent any more unauthorized transactions by them or due to fraud (the fraud transactions occurred in my account under a different name than E-Payday).
Both my bank and law enforcement are looking into E-Payday, due to the fraudulent transactions that occurred on my account.
Gonna try to get Montel Williams involved...since he's on TV hollering about how great these jackasses are, perhaps he can help explain.....
