Has anyone ever filed a complaint with the FTC on them? Just curious!

Steelers you are not wrong. Complaints should be taken to the Attorney Generals consumer division first. They are the ones that have the power to get something done and they work with all thew agencies. KYSIDE38

You owed $390.00 11/15/06 to pay this off. You decided to only pay the extension fee which is $90.00 every 2 weeks. That fee does not apply toward the money you borrowed. You currently owe $570.00. Would you like to settle the loan 2/16/07 for $400.00? If not your minimum payment due toward the $570.00 is $180.00 per month until the $570.00 is paid. Let me know what you want to do.

Here is the information you will need to send your agreed upon payment on its date due. MoneyGram payments can be made at any MoneyGram location, or Walmart.

Actually I think the proper way to go about complaining is contacting the commisioner for the state their doing business in and file the complaint. It opens an investigation on the company and ultimately if found in violation puts them out of business. check out www.consumerlaw.org
