I defaulted as of tonight. I have a loan, but have had 1 previous that I overpaid over $400, so settlement letter I sent (certified) stated that and laws of Tenn. protect me as far as they are concerned.
Hope they see it the same way.

atm, I would not count on it. They are Rio Resources. They dont like to settle with anyone. They move from place to place dodging the law. KYSIDE38
