Trying to move into a private community when the ran a background check CACV came up with a judgement against me. How to I find out what this is. My clerk of courts couldnt help me.:confused:

Do some research on your county court website or the court where the judgment was filed. Were you served??? If you were not served, you can motion the court to set aside the judgment due to lack of service.
