I got a call from Gary Becker from Finch, Pleviak & Associates telling me that there will be an affidavit filed by them and the Wisconsin States Attorneys office against me on monday for internet wiring fraud. I declared bk in 2009 and this debt was included, I am not even sure why he called if that was the case because he didn't want any money, but could fill out a stop action to see if they could not file and do a possible settlement. Seriously, this was making no sense. I can't find them on the internet, can't find the attorney he supposedly works for at the State Bar of Texas (Steven/Stephen Finch) Any ideas?

I am sure that this is a scam. Have you contacted the State Bar of Texas and asked about this Stephen Finch? I don't think you will find any. They are just trying to take your money.
