So rude!

I called to find out some information about an account from t mobile.....a bill I didnt pay for awhile back .I thought no bigy Ill just call the collection agency (superior asset management) and get the address where i need to send the bill to when i get some money together. as soon as i called they wanted money NOW! the guy was so rude i told him i cant pay rite now at this instant but when i get the money i will send it to you he said that i was running away from my problem's if i didnt pay it . i was so upset i wanted to talk to his boss but felt that he would be the same way.THIS COMPANY IS SO UNPROFESIONAL!!!!
