Please keep your advice with you. I think you are an employee of this illegal PDL. We are not telling the OP not to pay the loan at all. We, always, advise to pay off the actual amount borrowed if the PDL lender is an illegal one. And that's what Lakota is.

When you sign your contract you agree to thier terms which make you fall under thier ferderal law. I have received court docs then i made a payment arangements for my dilequent loan and they withdrew them. So the best thing you can do is pay off the bal before it escalates to a legal level.
