got a letter from the GE MONEY BANK regarding my Lowes acct saying that I need to contact Allied Interstate Inc.... they're handling my acct now...
need an address to send a settlement offer...
Do I send it to Allied Interstate or GE Money Bank??

You send it to Allied. And they wont respond to a written settl
You send it to Allied. And they wont respond to a written settlement request. You need to call them and negotiate. Then get the settlement offer in writing.
