All these stupid numbers calling me or my husband saying we are going to be sued, arrest, or served

All these stupid numbers keep calling. I don't answer I Google them and it always a Law group and the people that did answer them are saying these people are threatening them with lawsuit, jail, serving of papers. I can't handle the calls. They had stop for the most part for a year, but now they are back in full swing. I spoke with a lady from Texas Attorney General Office that said it because we are trying to fix our credit and because we apply for a loan a month ago like idiots. I have definitely learned my lesson not more loans no matter what. Sick of the nonstop calling and scams. is there anyway to make them stop or just ignore and wait it out.
