MY HUSBAND FAIL TO PAY A VERIZON ACCOUNT THEN IT WAS TRANSFERRED TO PINNACLE, THEN TO AMERICAN AGENCIES HE MAID A DEAL AND SETTLE FOR 60% TO BE MADE IN PAYMENTS WE PAID 200 SO FAR i CALLED THEM A WEEK AGO TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND GOT NOT ANSWER i CALLED PINNACLE AND THEY TOLL ME THE ACCOUNT WAS WITH SEILER AND ASSOCIATES THEY HAVE VERIFIED THE DEBT BUT THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE WAS A SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENTS MADE AND THEY WANT THE HOLE AMOUNT.
