This place has called my work everyday for the past 2 weeks, despite the fact I have told them I'm at work. Is there a way to make them stop. They have also started calling my parents house, isn't sharing that kind of information illegal?

If a collection agency is calling you at work or at your parent's house, then you can inform them to stop it. You may contact them personally and discuss about the matter. The collection agency can call your parents or your employer when they are unable to reach you for some reason.
