My mom is mentally incapasitated. Mr. Marcus threatened her; that if she didn't pay that she will have no money ever. My mom is homeless, and living on disabilty. I am in charge of her money. She was so scared that she set up, and gave a initial amount of money. I am so outraged. She told them that she had nothing. I have to stop what they set up. It is my responsibility to handle her money. This is crazy. Yes, I know they want their money. But, there are also circuimtances.

If you have finacial POA for your mom, cancel the payments. Go to the bank and tell them that the payment was not authorized by you and that your mom gave them the info under duress. Then send a cease and desist to the CA and creditor.
