Help with payday Loan

I was wondering if I could get some advise. I had a payday loan 2 years ago with Paycheck Today. I paid this loan in full. Now they have a collection agency calling me and harassing me for another $500.00 dollars that I do not owe. I have made numerous attempts to contact Paycheck Today, but I have not been successful. Can you please give me some advise on how to handle this.

The next time they call, tell them to send something in writing.
The next time they call, tell them to send something in writing. If they refuse, never speak to them again because, it's likely a scam. A legit collector will ALWAYS send you a letter of collection through US Postal mail.

This is interesting. I stupidly gave in and paid them $280.00 thinking that maybe I did still owe this. I then got a call form A Michele Cordero stating after furthur research they found that I was right that I did pay the loan in full and they would refund my $280.00. We will see if the happens or not. Moral of the story don't give in to their scare tactics and pay what you don't owe.
