StoreFront PDL in Southern CA

The nature of each lender is different. Some follow the laws and some don't. Which lender are you talking about?

One that no one seems to have heard of The Loan Center. they are liecined but not working inside the law.. CA law says 1 payday loan I have 4 with them..

I would file a complaint against them with the Ag's office.

That is my next step.. i want to stop payments on the checks that they have of mine.. They have 6 even though i have paid 2 they wont give them back until all are paid..
that is what i am afraid of what will happen if i stop payment...
I have not defaulted yet.. and i cant get of hold of the manager she is never in the office and when she calls she makes promises to meet me and then is not there when i go.. I dont have the money to pay anymore.. behind on my car and need to get caught up..

Thanks.. I am going to file a complaint I am figuring that if they take me to court at least the interest will stop? and i can set up a payment through the court.. i just dont know anymore... ready to throw in the towel..
