ACH (debits) been taken from my account

How do I stop all of these debit from my account when I have written to these companies and told them that they are NOT allowed to take money out of this account? Because they have taken money out of my account they have put me in default with the bank. Should I close this bank account so they can't debit my account any further?

Who are the companies you are dealing with. How much have you paid them and how much did you borrow from them. Also what state do you live in. If you provide us with this information we can help you better. They think they are above the law because they are internet lenders. They are not. They are just harder for the authorities to find.
