i did NOT accept a loan thru Star Cash Processing. they are now trying to sue me, i want to go after them but dont know where to start. please help

how are they doing that?unless you were actually served and have a court date they are just threatening court.btw how can they sue if they won't give you any info?filing a suit opens them up to a countersuit.first file police reports for any calls threatening lawsuit.then sorry since star cash is a foreign loan i suggest after filing the report.use any numbers and the name star cash to file AG,AND FTC complaints.then ignore their sorry a$$.if a number looks unfamiliar,or blocked let it go to VM.just know they are a bottomfeeding scuzz that can't and won't sue.just threaten it.
