to anyone who have recently used this company beware. they have just sent me a e-mail stating that they will not respond to the bbb due to the fact they are trying to ruin their company name

Thanks for the info. The BBB doesn't try to ruin any company's reputation. They simply pass on consumer complaints to a company to give them the chance to deal with it. How they handle themselves as far as responding and trying to rectify the situation is how their reputation is portrayed in the BBB's rating of them.
