They are calling at 8am on the dot and is calling about 7 to 10 times now.What research I have done on this is its someone trying to sale a cell phone for sprint.I do NOT think this is true I think its CA trying to find people and is making this up.

It comes up on google as you said. Some weird guy who says that you have won a free cell phone. He even calls businesses repeatedly. When told his call is being traced he stops calling. probably a phone phishing scheme. It also shows up under NCO financial which is the scum of collection agencies.

If it's a telemarketing call from Sprint, report them to the http://www.donotcall.gov/
If it's NCO doing the crap, record the phone calls and report them to the AG and the better business bureau of your state.
