Payday Yes

Does anyone have the fax number for Payday Yes? I live in CA and have overpaid on this loan and now they are saying to have the account marked paid in full I need to pay another $325. I have the state laws for CA and Polly's template letter but I don't know how to contact Payday Yes. Help, Please!

IPDL companies must be licensed in the state where the borrowers' reside. They should lend money to people only after having a valid license and listed with the DFI.

Be aware of your state and tally the payments in the bank statements. You'll stand strong.

I assume you have done the complete research and are sure of the laws. Recite the laws to the lender and tell that they already violated the laws by lending in your state without a license. You want to end up this issue after being aware of your laws and after verifying the total payments done, you need to get your account marked "Paid" stand strong, you will get positive results.
