HiI'm working on cleaning up my credit. I have a negative remark from Cavarly Potofolio Services, LLC. reported 1/2012 It's appears its for a Sprint Account from 2004. I sent them a debt verication letter. This is all the information I received back.Verification of DebtOriginial Institution: SprintOriginial Account Number: 0527989078Cavalry Reference Number: 12196861Open Date: 14-Aug-2004Charge Off Date: 05-Oct-2006Account Balance: $300.06The first thing I'm wondering about is the SOL. I live in DC (3 years) but open this account in PA (4 Years), and shoudl I make arragements to pay, keep in mind I'm trying to clean up my credit. Advice?

Your charge off date was in 2006? When was the date of your last payment??? It can legally report for 7 years for the date of your last payment.
