Need a mailing address for TLC and Associates

Does anyone have a mailing address for a company called TLC and Associates? They are out of Atlanta GA, or so they said and their phone number is 1-800-557-7416.
The problem, they don't want to accept mail in payments, but I am not giving them my account info and I'm not paying the high cost of western union. If they want the money for the debt I owe, I will send them a money order.

And no....don't give out your current bank info. If they want your money bad enough they will give you another way to pay.
