Is JD marketing a legit company?

JD Marketing is a loan company, I myself had a loan with this company.

You must dispute the debit by JD Marketing. It is unauthorized, your bank should get the money from the loan company and transfer it to your account.

Go to your bank and ask for an unauthorized transaction dispute form. Tell them that this company was authorized to take out "x" amount on"x" date, but that they took out more than you authorized. You should get a provisional credit into your account while they research it. It may take a few days to get that credit, but it'll be quicker than waiting for those loan turkeys to credit you.

I had no problem getting a refund on my overpayments with them but this was a year ago. I'm not sure how they are handling things now. They debited twice in the same pay period? You will need to start with your bank and go from there.
