I got harrassed by Operations Division!
Hi,
Glad I found this bulletin board!
For the past 5 days, I've been getting 9 calls from nbr 713-271-3899. I can't answer the damn phone anymore after the first time because they don't use TTY. I can't hear on phone, so I called them back but kept getting busy signals. ??? So screw them. What the heck? They kept on calling me. So I pressed star 77 in hope of blocking this caller. I'm ticked off because I am listed on the No Call list for few years, but I still get this? What is going on? This needs to be STOPPED! DO SOMETHING!

Written communication on paper and telephone communication are the only legal forms of communication for collection agencies, they can't e-mail you anything. You may have to get someone to handle the phone calls for you on your behalf.
