I have a question. Can a collection agency that is legal call you with different numbers? I know I was behind two payments but this collection agency doesn't stop calling me, I told them I already talked to Sam's club, the collection agency didnt want to hear it, they said if

If the account has been assigned to a collection agency, you MUST work thru the collection agency.. You wouldnt have talked to Sams Club as they did not issue you the credt card...GE Capital did.

They called me with five different phone numbers, but the Sams club bill has been sent to me, and I have paid the bill, the collection agency still calls tells me to pay 35 dollars to take me of the list. Their name is NCO financial group.

Sounds like could be a late fee. As for different phone numbers, NCO has many offices across the US. Nothing illegal about that .
