CW Asset Acquisition - anyone heard of them?

Yes, I have. They own the abandoned house next door to me. They are a predatory company that preys on forclosure cases. I've tried to track them down, they try as hard as they can to not be found. They do this so that people in forclosure can't save their house. The address given for them is 100 N. Center Street newton Falls OH, 44444. Wasn't able to find any phone number to contact them. All I know is, is that I will sue the crap out of these shysters if my kid falls into the sink hole on this property. 3 feet deep and 4 feet wide, nothings been done for over a month. Disgraceful...

C&W is a predatory collection agency based out of Ohio. They violate fair debt collection practices, call you foul names, and contact you at work, telling the receptionist that they are "her attorney", "her financial advisor", "friend". Dick Platt is one of their agents, and was extreamly vulgar. He brow-beat me, questioning my mental status "are you completely crazy? What is wrong with you?" and threatened: "I will ruin your credit". He is like a dog on a bone, rejects settlement efforts, and keeps raising the sum to settle, even when in possesion of tax returns proving your lack of solvency.

I am looking for other people who have run into this company to pursue a class action law suit.
