Apartment judgement
My husband and I just applied for an apartment , the apartment was declined due to a judgement but there is no judgements on his credit report. How can that be possible ?

Check the court dockets. Judgments can be good for up to 20 years depending on the state. They drop off your credit report after 7...your apartment complex probably does a more in depth report as judgments are public information.
