Hello,
Yesterday I received a letter from them regarding my sony account which is past due and has been sent to them for collection. I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Robert Cutlip. He was very nice. We actually settled the account right away for half of what I owed. I am sorry to hear all these bad stories. But I was treated very well.
