kept overdrawing my account. I tried to call them
and could not get through to anyone. Now they are
calling me and saying that I've committed check fraud and internet fraud and they're pursuing legal action. That scares me to death. I told them to send me something via us mail and I would take care of it, but they said they couldn't do that and they could only fax me something after I paid $415.00!! My loan was only for 150.00. Can they do this?

This one deals with I-Collect, who apparently does the collections for 2-Power Funding.

No, you have not committed any fraud. They are using a scare tactic. A legitimate business will always show a contract when the loan is granted to the borrower. Did they give you any agreement copy before depositing the amount? I doubt them since they are unwilling to send you the loan statement. Report them to your attorney general's office for investigations.

got a call from someone called officer robert woods from the us bureau of investigation regarding power funding. i dont have anything showing i ever took a loan out with them. i need some kind of leverage to use against them if they dont want to provide me with some documentation. they are telling me if I dont pay well then good luck.. what kind of crap is that.
