Hello. I have a debt that was sent to your agency of $221.00 and I would like to pay it electronically now. Can you tell me how I may do this? I can only talk to you through email because I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan. Thanks so much.

Sorry soldier, this website is a public forum where members discuss debt, collection agencies/collectors, laws, etc... I'd suggest trying to have a family member contact the collection agency and taking care of this for you. You'd need to mail a power of attorney form to your representative (so they could fax it in) before a debt collector could talk to them about your account (3rd party disclosure without consent is a big no-no). Then, you can send your rep. here, should they need any assistance dealing with a debt collector.
