This company contact me at the # 416-777-7776 and wanted me to call them back at the toll free # of 888-811-1594 Ext 86 and they called themselves the Chance Encounter Group. I could find nothing on the internet on them and they stated they could send a contract over but there are no banks that will lend me the funds and thereby they need for me to purchase insurance. I was scammed once before for over $700 and I won't do that again. The lady stated if I could find a co-signer or get the insurance I could receive the funds.

Has anyone else heard of this group or this #?

Do a thorough research on them with your state AG's office and the local BBB. You should get all consumer feedbacks about this place.

I cannot get anything from the BBB because I do not have the company name. I tried putting in both of the phone numbers but neither one showed anything.

If you are trying to get a loan and the loan company is requiring you to put any money up from for insurance it is a scam, this has happened to me before so believe me that it is true. They will ask you to western union the $ and they will tell you not to say it is for a loan because Western Union will charge you tax, yah right. What Western Union will tell you is that it is a scam. Don't through your money away to these scammers.
