366 isn't a valid area code according to a couple of lists I've looked at, so I have no idea. Have you tried just answering the phone and finding out what they want? If it's a debt collector, you can send them a cease and desist letter in writing via certified mail/return receipt requested and tell them not to contact you by telephone again.
