Possibly, do you have an acct. with them. Citibank, South Dakota could be what the CBSD stands for. Is there an acct. number or telephone number for the creditor? If so, try calling the number to find out exactly what the acct. is.

Well, after working all afternoon on this, I finally got somewhere. I called the credit agency who gave me the report, and according to them, the address BP/CBSD has listed with them is PO Box 6003, Hagerstown, MD 21747, but there is no phone number listed, so you/we will need to just write them and request that a customer service representative calls us back. I am not sure if that will ever happen, but...
