If you head over to the Identity Theft forum, you will see a thread entitled "Secret Cash card - the final word". In the first post is a link to a refund site you need to access to request a refund. We have heard many people that have filled out the form and received a check in the mail. Not sure how long it takes, but you will get a refund.
