Well Someone Got a hold to my account and transfered alot of money from a credit card and my bank account which were linked together

Quite possible, you are a victim of identity theft? Have you activated a fraud alert with all the bureaus?
You also need to file a complaint with the local sheriff where this theft took place. Show copies of the affidavit to the creditors along with your letters to the bureaus activating fraud alert. They might cancel the account opened in your name.
